Working in recruitment, I found myself drowning in daily chaos. The industry's relentless pace left me with precious little time to properly connect with candidates, whilst my company's complete absence of standard operating procedures meant every task felt like reinventing the wheel. Each day brought a new puzzle: How do I efficiently screen hundreds of applications? How do I maintain meaningful candidate relationships when I'm juggling multiple roles? The traditional recruitment process was clearly broken – and I was determined to fix it.

The Discovery
